Bored

My x-gf told me I was boring. She said "Tim you know what your problem is? You are boring!"

That was right around the time she told me she was cheating on me. We are no longer dating. Surprised?

I tried to go as long as possible without telling my parents. She got "sick" before we would meet for dinner an impressive 7 times before they caught on. It was on our 7th time at dinner they realized I had been lying to them. Don't lie to your parents, I'm pretty sure that every single time you do, you get pushed that much further down the entrance to Heaven list.

Imagine this scene:

You see your parents in the parking lot of the restaurant. You embrace them, you explain how your poor Girlfriend (x-gf...but only you and her know that) is terribly sick. You have reservations (Thank God, because on a Tuesday night in Sigma, Virginia...you would never be able to get in. That's my attempt at sarcasm, in addition to being boring I've also been told I lack humor). The hostess seats you (pretty sure we went to middle school and two years of high school together, she has a family now). Before you can even order your drink your mother gets so excited, thinking you've planned a surprise. Jumping up and down she says "look look, look who is here." If I had a trashy reality t.v. show about me, the camera would shift over slowly as audio slowed down, until the camera focused in on my X-GF, and my brother.

No mom: It is not a surprise, and she has not been healed of her sickness.

Awkward family moment unfolds. I order my drink, my Dad looks like he is going to kill my brother. My mom tries to catch up.

Now when my x-gf told me that she was cheating on me, I would have never guessed it was with my brother. So much is explained.

I need to re-evaluate every single time that I came home and they were playing "wii". They always seemed to hate playing with me, and they really sucked. Future advice: Never put your wii in your bedroom...If you have a winner brother like me...you may end up blogging about your awesome life in no time.

I would really like to not go to work tomorrow. I don't think I'm going to.
